We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and related issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to resolve your concerns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned swim leggings that are missing the hygienic liner.
Exchanges are free for a different color or size in the same item originally purchased. To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges portal. We’ll email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Note that all returns require a $9.90 return shipping fee. As a mission-driven startup, we work hard to keep our high-quality products as affordable as possible while at the same time donating 100% of our profits to ocean and cancer organizations. While we do cover free 100% carbon-neutral shipping for every outgoing order, we hope you understand that we are unable to offer free shipping for returns.

Once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
